My name is Piotr (Peter). We are a small family run business with a passion for quality food. I have been a high class chef for over 25 years. I have worked with 2 top chefs, executive Michelin Star Chef Pierre Chevillard at the Chewton Glen, I worked along side Pierre at Pebble Beach for 10 years. Then I was head Chef at the Kings Arms Hotel working with the popular Michelin Star Chef Alex Aitken.
Over the years I have built my successful part time catering business using my extensive experience as a head chef to provide an outstanding service for weddings, birthday party’s, and for private fine dinning experiences.
The Super Brothers business started in 2014, however Covid19 lockdown sadly closed us down, so we decided to create a pizza takeaway which has proven to be very popular.
All the food we provide is made, in a designated 5* health and hygiene rated area of our home, by hand and to order, fresh every day, always using as much local produce as possible.
For example, Rosery Goats Cheese, Pennington Beef and all of our fish and seafood is locally sourced from Hutchings Brothers. I believe we are also the only pizza business in town with wild boar sausages on the menu! So much love goes into the food we produce, for example I spent days creating a pizza dough recipe that is perfect and a homemade tomato sauce to compliment it. Whether you prefer our Spanish chicken, Spicy or superfood pizza all of them are lovingly created by me.
